- Do you ship out of the UK?
Yes we do. We ship to anywhere in the EU.
- Are your products vegan?
The Face Creams and the Face Oils are but the rest are not at the moment. We are working on a vegan range.
- Are all the ingredients organic?
Yes, most definitely. We source the best ingredients we can. If the ingredients can be organic they will.
- Help my product has gone soft/melted!
Don't worry! The products have no chemical stabilisers in them so can melt if warm enough. Just stir with a spoon and pop it in the freezer for a few hours. If you are somewhere hot maybe keep it in the fridge to avoid it. The quality will not be affected at all, you can even use it melted as it absorbs faster.
- My product is a little grainy in texture?
This means the product has melted and cooled slowly. Our products have no chemical stabilisers. Shea butter when melted and slowly cooled becomes slightly grainy. This does not affect the fabulous moisturising benefits, but may not feel as nice until it melts in your hand. If this happens - pop the product in the sun or by a radiator to melt it. Then into a freezer for a few hours. The the silky smooth texture should be back.
- I am not happy with my product. Can I have a refund?
Yes. We want everyone to be happy with our products. If within 60 days of buying you decide you do not like any of our products - just say and we will give you a 100% refund. We would love feedback as to why, but you do not have to.
- Do you comply with the new GDPR legislation?
Also before you sign up for our email service you are required to give consent to receiving contact from us.
